Privacy Policy

TriM Labs ("we," "us," or "our") built Dino Runner: Meteor Escape (the "Application") as an ad-supported mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, and what choices you have.

Information We Collect

1. Identifiers and Account Data

We may collect identifiers used to create, authenticate, and maintain your game account and cloud services, including:

• guest IDs
• device-derived identifiers
• PlayFab IDs
• session or authentication tokens
• optional linked account information if you choose to link a platform account such as Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center

2. Gameplay and Progression Data

We may collect gameplay-related information needed to provide game features, cloud save, and leaderboards, including:

• scores and leaderboard submissions
• run distance and run duration
• equipped cosmetics such as skins, hats, trails, and vibes
• save data and progression data
• unlocked items, missions, upgrades, settings, and recent run history

3. Analytics and Advertising Data

We may collect gameplay telemetry and advertising-related data, including:

• gameplay events such as run starts, run ends, revive offers, revive choices, and reward claims
• rewarded ad interaction events such as ad availability, impressions, failures, and reward completion
• consent and privacy choice information used for ad compliance where required

4. Device, Network, and Service Data

When you use the Application, third-party service providers may automatically process technical information such as:

• IP address
• device and operating system information
• app version
• network and request metadata
• fraud prevention, security, and service performance data

We do not collect precise GPS location data through the Application.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• create and authenticate guest accounts
• provide cloud save and restore gameplay progress
• submit and display leaderboard scores
• associate cosmetics and progression with your account or device
• provide rewarded advertisements
• measure gameplay balance, stability, and feature performance
• detect abuse, fraud, and service misuse
• comply with legal obligations

Third-Party Service Providers

The Application uses third-party services that may process information according to their own privacy policies:

If you choose to link a platform account, your data may also be processed by the relevant platform provider, such as Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center, under that provider's terms and privacy policy.

Advertising and Privacy Choices

The Application may display rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. Where required by applicable law, the Application uses Google's consent tools to request and manage ad-related privacy choices before requesting certain ads.

If available in your version of the Application, you may access in-app privacy options to review or update your ad privacy choices.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Application and provide its features.

• On-device data: Local save data remains on your device until you uninstall the Application or clear app data.
• Cloud and leaderboard data: Account, save, and leaderboard data stored through PlayFab or related backend services may remain stored until it is deleted, no longer needed, or you request deletion.
• Third-party retention: Analytics, advertising, and infrastructure providers may retain data under their own retention policies.

Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of server-stored data associated with the Application by contacting us at trimlabsdev@gmail.com.

To help us locate your record, include any information you have available, such as:

• Guest ID
• PlayFab ID
• display name
• device platform
• approximate date of last play

We will review and respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to technical and legal requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information processed through the Application. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us at trimlabsdev@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to investigate and delete the information where appropriate.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective means the updated Privacy Policy will apply.
